CUBO / YOUR ROLLS STAY YOURS

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

1. Who we are

This policy describes the CUBO iPhone app and the CUBO website at cubo.cishor.com, published by CISHOR. For questions about privacy, contact mail@cishor.com.

2. Information in the app

CUBO does not collect or send your dice rolls, game activity, motion readings or app usage to a developer-operated server. The app does not require an account and contains no advertising, third-party analytics SDK or cross-app tracking.

Your chosen dice, materials, board, dice size, total-display preference and a cached Pro-unlock status are saved locally using iOS settings storage (UserDefaults). They let the app remember your choices between launches. We cannot access this local information remotely.

3. Motion and haptics

CUBO uses device-motion information provided by Apple's CoreMotion framework to respond to shaking and tilting. Motion readings are processed on the device for the active simulation. CUBO does not upload them or keep a motion history. Haptic feedback is generated locally.

4. Purchases through Apple

CUBO Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. The app receives purchase and entitlement information from Apple to verify the unlock, restore purchases and respond to refunds or revoked transactions. CUBO does not send these transactions to a developer-operated purchase server.

Apple processes payment and App Store account information under its own policies. We do not receive your card details or billing information through CUBO. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. The website

This website serves its fonts, scripts, images and interactive dice assets from the site's own host. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use third-party analytics or ask you to create an account.

Hosting infrastructure processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver pages. Operational website logs record technical request information such as the requested host and path, time, response status, duration and bytes sent. These records are used to operate and monitor the site. They are separate from the dice simulation and local settings in the app.

If you follow a link to Apple or another website, that destination's privacy practices apply.

6. Contacting support

If you email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please avoid sending payment-card details, passwords or other information that is not needed for support.

7. Retention and your choices

Local app preferences remain on your device until removed with the app or otherwise cleared by iOS. Device backups may preserve them according to your Apple settings. Apple may retain purchase records so your purchase can be restored.

Website logs rotate as the configured storage limit is reached; their retention is not a fixed number of days. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to those obligations. No account-deletion process is needed because CUBO has no user accounts.

8. Children

CUBO does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a support message, contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes

We will update this page if the app or website's data practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. App Store privacy disclosures should be kept consistent with the released app.
