CUBO / LET’S GET YOU ROLLING

A little help.

Say hello

Email mail@cishor.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, CUBO version and what happened. Screenshots are welcome; please keep personal or payment information out of them.

The little things, answered.

What does CUBO Pro unlock?

All included dice materials, all four boards and up to eight dice. Pro is a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. You can start free with Ivory, Walnut and up to two dice. D6, D20, available face styles and sizes are included in the free version.

How do I restore a purchase?

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Open CUBO settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you have an internet connection. If the unlock is still missing, contact us with the error message; do not send your password or payment details.

Why is the purchase button unavailable?

The app may not be able to load the product from the App Store. Check your connection and App Store account, then try again later. Purchase availability can depend on your region and the app's release status.

Does rolling need an internet connection?

The dice simulation runs on your iPhone. An internet connection is needed for App Store operations such as purchasing or restoring Pro, and for opening linked web pages.

How do I roll the dice?

Give your iPhone a shake, or tap the tray. Tilt it gently to move the dice. Use Settings to choose the board, dice type, material, size and whether to show the total.

Why can’t I feel the haptics?

Haptic feedback depends on the iPhone's hardware and system settings. Felt and Leather intentionally feel softer than the harder boards. Try Walnut and check your device's haptic settings.

What devices are supported?

CUBO is designed for iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Check the App Store listing for the compatibility of the released version.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Follow Apple's refund instructions. CISHOR cannot directly issue an App Store refund.
