CUBO / THE SMALL PRINT

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 3, 2026

1. CUBO and these terms

CUBO is an iPhone dice-rolling app published by CISHOR. These terms explain its features, optional purchase and support. The app's license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also covers in-app content. These explanatory terms do not replace that agreement or limit rights you have under applicable law.

2. Free features and CUBO Pro

The free version includes the Ivory material, Walnut board and up to two dice. D6 and D20, available face styles and dice sizes are included. CUBO Pro unlocks all included dice materials, all included boards and up to eight dice on the tray.

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a recurring subscription. The price and currency displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase apply, including any taxes shown by Apple. Availability and prices may vary by country or region.

3. Purchases, restoration and refunds

Payments are handled by Apple under its Apple Media Services terms. Use Restore Purchases in CUBO settings to recover an eligible purchase with the Apple Account used to buy it. An internet connection and access to the App Store may be needed to buy, verify or restore Pro.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. See Apple's refund instructions. If Apple revokes or refunds the purchase, CUBO may remove the Pro entitlement and return selections to the free features.

4. Using CUBO

CUBO is designed for tabletop games, everyday decisions and the enjoyment of rolling dice. You control the selected dice and settings. The simulation and website previews illustrate dice motion; they do not provide a certified randomness service or a guarantee of any particular result.

Use the app in accordance with the Standard EULA, App Store usage rules and applicable law. All rights in the app and its original designs remain with their respective owners.

5. Compatibility and updates

The current app is designed for iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Device motion and haptic experiences depend on the device's capabilities. Future versions may change features or system requirements; the App Store listing identifies the requirements of the version offered there.

The warranty, liability and other license provisions are those in the Standard EULA, subject to applicable consumer rights.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains local app data, purchases through Apple, website requests and support correspondence. Apple and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

References to D&D describe a use case for dice. CUBO is an independent app and is not affiliated with the game's publisher.

7. Support and changes

Visit Support or email mail@cishor.com for help. We may update this page to reflect changes to CUBO; the effective date indicates the current text.
